General update

Life is busy, but I seem to have found more time to do art-related things as of late.

Funnily enough though, my to-do list remains the same. :P

TO-DO LIST!

1. Ben 'big feckin dragon' commission: 75% done. GETTING THERE.
2. Carenath commission: will commence upon completion of #1
3. [Name withheld] commission: will commence upon completion of #1
4. Minidragon requests: as and when I get the time/inclination. :P

I'm not taking any more commissions/trades/reqests, because I am goddamn slow and if I'm distracted from my current workload I swear I'll be 80 by the time I finish them. so yeah. but once the above have been cleared, I'm open for anything. :]

(It really is a bloody huge image. As in, the biggest and most time-consuming piece I've ever done. so it'll be worth it, but by god will I be glad when it's finished.)

I really don't know. I've seen your work, both on here and on... Elfwood, I believe (you seem rather inactive on that site). Beautiful. Especially "Nyx." I guess Nyx and other stuff like that... just struck a chord with me.

You also made me want to take up drawing with that stuff. As I am new to art, it will take me a while to do anything that will compare with yours... but I can try. Although, I start to wonder how long it took, how much you had to go through to get this good.

Heh. Look at me, gushing my slightly disorganized feelings out... well, seems you have a number of fans here, and I really don't deserve any more attention than the rest... but I saw you had been active lately, making more art, and I just wanted to say something. You're one of the rare inspirations I have, and I wanted to mention that (I wonder how many times you've been told that....).

Wow, thank you very much. It's actually not often that someone tells me I'm an inspiration - honestly, I'm flattered, I think that's one of the highest compliments you can pay me.

It's great you've decided to start drawing and I wish you the very best of luck in your artistic endeavours. :] I've been at it ever since I could hold a pencil, though only really started taking it seriously during high school, maybe 7 years ago? But I've been quite lazy and artists who are more focused than me improve a lot faster...

Anyway, thank you again, this means a lot to an artist like me. :]
